Ric Flair-Bret Hart: Flair was the better of the two promo-wise, and both are equal in technical skill..Or maybe Bret is slightly better, but Flair wins on the promo department, so he gets the win. Foley-Perfect-Steamboat: Again, Perfect is the total package. Foley was a promo master, and Steamboat was a wrestling legend, but Perfect was both.
