Guest Mr Monday Night Report post Posted April 7, 2003 Why is the WWE spending all this money for guys like Austin to come back when they can only be in action a couple shows before getting injured and retiring. I'm kinda fed up with all this, I mean granted Austin does bring in a lot of money, and no one loves to see him as much as me, but it's almost bittersweet, because I know Austin can't do what he did, and I know its just making matters worse having him come back for a couple months only to be away for another 6. I just think its BS that all these "superstars" are coming back and forth and still being given this main event push. I know everyone has been saying this, but I still feel the need to... Why aren't they pushing the people who have been loyal to the company? I mean, Jericho has been working with the company for so long. And why why WHY?! is the WWE still keeping HBK an active member of their roster, HE CANT TAKE A BACK BUMP! I am sorry if I'm pissing anyone off by saying this, but its ridiculous. It was my understanding that Austin has always been under contract with the WWE, and they just negotiated a comeback. Guest djsunyc Report post Posted April 7, 2003 this is a bad thing to say but the only way vince will elevate any new is by having all the top dogs leave or go down with injuries. if hhh hurts his quad again and if undertaker tears another tricep or peck, then vince is left with no more of "his" guys.
