Jeff Hardy is hardly getting pushed. He is just another mid-carder on Raw. If he was getting pushed so hard, he would of been on WrestleMania, end of story.

RVD is pushed harder than Jeff Hardy. RVD has a feud with the Dudleys and Morley and Storm. He is a tag champ with Kane. He wins the majority of his matches. While it's not as good as he deserves its pretty damn good.

 

Jeff Hardy has just started winning matches again. He wasn't anywhere near the Wrestlemania card. RVD was at least on Heat. The closest thing he gets to a feud is saving Trsih from Stevie and Victoria and getting to kiss her. Wow. Big push there.
