It's got a nice looking cast(Amanda Peet is hot), and the trailer looks mighty fine.....I'll be there on opening day...

I just hope it isn't one of those "let's throw twenty swerves out there and end the movie".

Basic did that.

Anyways, it sorta looks good but I have an odd feeling the killer will be...

Spoiler (Highlight to Read):

Cusack

I'm a big Cusack fan. And while it looks good I think I'll just get a friend to download it.

High Fidelity (my favorite JC movie)...I got that as a 2 DVD pack with Grosse Point Blank for about $15 at Best Buy.

Sorry to go off topic...but that's a deal everyone should know about.

I read one review on it so far, and says in the first phase of the movie it feels like a typical plot going the typical route, however they way the 3rd act plays out is totally UNEXPECTED and very original........

That kind of a review is what is really peaking my interest.

If it wasn't rated R, I'd see it opening weekend. Damn being 16 near theaters that enforce the age limits! Fuck the MPAA!

This movie has one of my favorite actors and my favorite actress in it: John Cusack and CLEA DuVALL. I must see...

What's wrong with going with a parent?.....is it not "cool"?

I think the previews in the theatre look solid but the tv trailers sort of look shitty. I'll see it regardless though. Anyways, Flyboy, I agree with you about who the killer will be. That's what it looks like to me as well at least.

Oh please, like they even enforce the R rated thing anymore. From the time I turned 15 I was never asked for ID

I've seen a few reviews for this film, none of which have been kind.

I know what is supposed to be the shocking ending too. At least I think I do.

I'm gonna have to download this from a file-sharer this week in order to decide for myself if this is worth my time.

Just so you know, the guy who wrote this film is the same screenwriter for both Jack Frost movies. Oh yeah!

YNA, come to Franklin MA and tell me they don't enforce the age limits.

And I refuse to ever go the movies with either of my 'rents again. First off, we don't like the same movies at all (with the obvious exceptions of classics, like Hitchcock's films, Ghostbusters, and Jaws). Second off, they'll complain if they don't like a movie. And if they think the movie's too violent or too profane, they'll literally make me leave the theater with them. Only real downside to my 'rents, actually.

Mmmm...Clea DuVall...

Anything with John C. McMcGinley MUST be a winner. The rest of the cast is loaded too, don't get me wrong, but McGinley needs some respect in here.

As for you kids who can't get into an R-movie, have your parents buy you a ticket in, but go see something else if they really don't want to see the same movie.

Then again, in this case, if they don't also want to see "Identity" with you, smack them upside the head with a board because they are dumb and clearly lacking cinematic taste.

Well...I'm going on 22, so that's not an issue for me anymore. Just buy it when it comes out on DVD, stores never check I.D. for videos or DVDs...not around here anyway/

Okay, if your parent won't take you, you could always ask someone to buy the tickets and walk in with you......ask someone in their late 20s. They'll do it.

I believe they've gotten stricter about it in the last 5 years.

The have parents buy it but they see another movie theory rarely works. And the have someone older buying it theory also rarely works. trust me I know...i use to work at a theater.

Most kids are too stupid to pull such tricks off. Problem is that they think we're stupid and have no clue about what's going on.

The best way is to buy tickets for a non r-rated movie, then smoothly sneak in to the r-rated movie. But you need to stake your theater out to make sure it would work.
