Piper's return / Evolution change

I have been reading that many people think that Piper's Pit was a one shot deal? I thought that he is going to be on Smacksown for a while. Since the WWE seems to be into this nostalgia (using the Rikishi - Snuka relationship), maybe they bring Randy Orton back to Smackdown and run some angle with Randy Orton and Piper. Maybe he can even have a loaded cast. I am not sure if I would go back to the Batista, Orton, HHH, Flair thing. I actually would team Batista and Palumbo as a dominant tag team or just a faction. The FBI (guido from Brooklyn) thing is humorous but a waste of Palumbo's talent.

Orton broke his foot, right? So he could have the loaded cast on his foot, then call his new Kawada kick finisher the "Dick Kick." See, it works on multiple levels because he acts like a dick and he's a guy.

Maybe that can be the humor of it. Have him return after his foot injury with the cast on his arm like Cowboy Bob Orton. Michael Cole can argue with Taz saying "I thought the injury was to his leg Taz!?" Taz - "Cole, obviously the man is hurt and is showing his guts by competing." Like I stated earlier, teaming Orton with Piper and having the history to do it may be a good idea to push Orton. I don't like the Evolution angle.

Right and I'm sure it'll go over everyone's head though but Why not...Don't even bother explaining why he's over there...let us assume that Piper asked McMahon for Orton to jump.

 

I don't see Palumbo with "Talent"...I dig him in his Italian Attitude...

 

Maybe Orton can walk on Crutches for 10 years and never wrestle...Hey, It works for Nash!

Orton's foot ended up being MUCH less severely hurt than previously thought. Apparently, there was so much swelling at the time of the injury that they feared the worst but, in fact, he's expected back in about 2 months.
