My favorate bloodbath is HBK/Taker HIAC.

But I saw a match on a RF Video comp called "the bloodiest matches of the decade" or something like that.  One guy came off the top and knee dropped his opponent in the chest.  Guy who got hit then started projectile vomiting blood, just absolutley gross.

I would say Flair vs. Luger - Capital Combat '90. Flair had blood on most of his hair.

The bloodiest thing I've seen was a beatdown done by Ian & Axl Rotten on the PitBulls on ECW's Tag Wars '94 tape. After losing to the PitBulls, Ian & Axl beat them down with chains [which led to a Dog Collar match] and when the camera closed in on Pit Bull 2's face, you could see blood drop off of his face. The sickest bladejob I've seen.

Bruno Sammartino vs.Superstar Graham I saw this match on an old WWF tape called Greatest grudges or something like that,Graham could bleed like a mofo.

Thrillseekers vs. Heavenly Bodies, Chris Jericho did a very manly bladejob.

Wrestle War 92 Wargames, great color I found It odd they had that many people blade, because by that point WCW didn't have much to do with blood.

I have the RF tape with the Manny Fernandez and Invader

I heard that Jose Gonzalez(Invader) drank pigs blood and vodka to create the very gross spot, when he felt he was about to hurl he signaled Fernandez to drop the knee....absolutely disturbing!!!

Ted DiBiase vs Ric Flair old Mid-South DiBiase was attacked by Dick Murdoch before the match, later DiBiase came back with his head bandaged to fight Flair, the bandage lasted about two seconds and DiBiase absolutely gushed all over the place.

 I could write all night

Top 3 for me was:

Buzz Sawyer vs Tommy Rich

Abdullah the Butcher vs Carlos Colon

Bill Alfonso vs Beaulah

Sawyer and Rich just exuded hatred, real or not,  Alfonso bladed himself so bad you could hardly see his face, and Abdulla and Colon were virtually drenched in blood in their battles.

Gotta give credit to Steve Corino, the man can bleed like a mother focker.

Wargames from Wrestle War 92 tops off my list. I was still young when my friend's older brother had shown my this tape and I couldn't believe my eyes. At that time, I had never seen anything like before.

from my posts in the WWF 1st bloodshed thread:

My first was that Road Warriors spike job on Dusty on WCW saturday Night when they turned on him..

My all time favorite was the Austin one in WM13 with the blood just gushing out as he was trying to push out of the sharpshooter.

The Great Muta vs. Hiroshi Hase from 1992. Muta does the sickest blade job I've ever seen. Right after doing it, there's a closeup of Muta. His head is about a foot off the mat and there is a stream - not drops, a solid stream - of blood running down to the mat. His face was a solid mask of blood. In fact, there was so much blood that Hase was pretty near covered as well. In 1990, these two had a match and Hase was the one tapping an artery. That was the second ugliest blade job I've ever seen.

Honorable mention:

Iron Shiek in the MSG bootcamp match with Sgt. Slaughter. Slaughter actually blades first but it can't compare with the one Sheik does. It looked like he bladed the top of his head and blood just came pouring down his face. Hideous.

Best hardway: Vader in the Final Four match in the WWF. Got busted open around his eye (which he seemed prone to). At one point you can barely see the eye for all the blood.

Most of the Ian V Axl matches were pretty brutal from a blood point of view.

One of the sickest blood jobs I remember is from an old tape I've got: Scarwars.  It's a comp of NWF stuff from the 80s, and features Abdullah The Butcher killing a bunch of jobbers.  One of them has an absolute ton of blood dripping down the side of his head.  I'm thinking his name was JD McCade, but can't remember.

For old school shit, it would have to be great american bash '85. The matches I am talking about are Ric Flair vs Nikita Koloff. Just about all of Flair's hair turned red. On the same card, Dusty vs Tully cage match. Both men bled like stuck pigs.

I have that NWF Scar Wars tape.  Bloody stuff.  I got to go with War Games from '92.  All the guys who bled, their whole face was covered.

The Thrillseekers vs. Heavenly Bodies match from SMW where Jericho was wrestling with a broken arm.  He had a ton of various medicines in his body from going to the hospital earlier in the day, including anticoagulants and cardio uppers.  Blading left-handed probably didn't help either.  To make a long story short, from a simple bladejob he ended up with more blood covering him than any other wrestler that I've ever seen, and I have seen CZW as well as the aforementioned incidents with Muta, Flair, and so on.  Fuck the Muta Scale, his bladejob was a mere 0.8 on the Jericho Scale.

For non-standard cuts, the infamous Mass Transit incident involved so much blood that it literally formed a pool in the middle of the ring.

Hiroshi Hase also bled like a fountain in a tag match where he and Mutoh faced Vader and Bigelow in New Japan. Great match btw.

It's something sickening about those blade jobs where you clearly can see the blood leave someone's body.

Bret V Bulldog, Dec 95 IYH. The blood was like a tap when Bret was on the outside making puddles on the old school blue WWF protective mats..

The Midnight Rockers-Somers & Rose match up from the old AWA, back when it was on ESPN.  Michaels blades himself silly, the ring and their tights were more crimson than their original colors.

An old small video used to be right down the road from my house so one day i walked down and i was really surprised and the selection. They had a tape called "Blood Battles of the South" and it is basically a tape of Tommy Rich's bloodiest Indy bouts. In the first match, he had juice all through his hair starting at the top of the head(not the forehead) and all over his face, the ring, his chest, his arms, and his trunks. I really want that tape and i have seen it on eBay but it was going for like $50. Bad matches but a really fun tape(including a music video set to 38  Special " Wild Eyed Southern Boys"

Corino is the probably the best I have ever seen.  His war with Jerry Lynn at Heatwave 2000 where Jerry wrote "DIE" on his chest in Corino's blood was wicked.

the afforementioned Midnight Rockers vs. Rose/Somers cage match on ESPN's old AWA show

just about any match between the Sheepherders and Fantastics from Bill Watt's old UWF promotion

Hell yeah! Great match. It was great how the Midnight Rockers wore the white tights for that one.

The image of Austin screaming in pain as blood gushes down his face is an image I will never forget.

Also- WarGames 92 was basically a bladeoff and I have to go with a recent one-

Angle at Summerslam. THat was sick.

A bladeoff is a good way to describe Wargames 92.  I love every second of it.
