Guest Flyboy Report post Posted April 17, 2003 (edited) Yeah, I'm copying off of Kingpk.. screw him. I'm running a tourny of 64 women of music. Yeah, 64. From Britney, to McLachlan, to O'Connor... you get the point. When I have 64 nominees I'll start the first round. Just for eveyone's info: EACH ROUND WILL BE RANDOM! Female bands/groups are allowed as well (i.e., Spice Girls, t.A.T.u., Salt N' Pepper, etc.). EDIT: I really hope people vote and nominate women for their musical talents. Not their looks. That's what Kingpk's tournament is for. Here are mine: Fiona Apple Alanis Morissette Sarah McLachlan Kelly Clarkson Edited April 17, 2003 by Flyboy

Guest Kotzenjunge Report post Posted April 17, 2003 Kittie has SO gone downhill, yo. However, if we're talking 2000 Kittie, then they fucking win, hands down. Anyways, I nominate the obvious Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Kylie Minogue.

Guest Flyboy Report post Posted April 17, 2003 (edited) Christina Scabbia (Lacuna Coil) Angela Gassow (Arch Enemy) Lucia Ciffarelli (KMFDM/MDFMK) Hanin Elias and Nic Endo (Atari Teenage Riot) When I do each round would you like me to include their band name so they can even have a chance (because I haven't heard of anyone except for Angela Gassow from your list)? EDIT: Jessica Simpson. Edited April 17, 2003 by Flyboy

Guest Edwin MacPhisto Report post Posted April 17, 2003 Absolutely put Liz Phair & Tori Amos on there, even though they haven't done anything worthwhile lately. Sleater-Kinney is also frickin' amazing. I don't think you can put them on as a solo artist, though, because they are simply a superb band. Definitely, definitely need to be there. My personal favorite, though, is "Good Things," with "Dance Song '97" in a close second place. Seriously though, since Call The Doctor they've just put out a string of really great albums. I love em.
