Guest AndrewTS Report post Posted April 18, 2003 FUCK GOLDBERG Hey, guys, does this sound familiar? Wasn't there another wrestling company that gave its main eventers creative control in their contracts? And due to that we saw a constant parade of egos, playing bullshit political games...and then that company eventually was bought by Vince? Oh yeah! WCW! Is Vince intentionally trying to make the WWE become WCW now? If Goldy is pulling this in a fued with his only friend in the company, I can't wait until his next fued. Guest Trivia247 Report post Posted April 18, 2003 I Hope you Goldberg Acolytes fall on your kneees to protect your savior . Wow. That's a bit of an overreaction, don't you think? Somebody a little bitter? bitterness towards those who believe that Goldy can do no wrong...And when he is asked to do something every other Wrestler does for the sake of the business. He Refuses to do so to protect his character. And Suddenly he did the right thing and It is BULLSHIT to make him do it??? Why because he's new???? Where the hell did you get that Novel concept? If you wanna base it on he is new and it would damage his "Credibility" Then guess what he should be Low carding. He can Squash Funaki and Tommy Dreamer, and Bill Demott, and the OVW boys for a couple of Months...and IF we still had midlevel Titles he can go get them and Build Up. BUTTTTTTTT No He gets to jump to Main event level first PPV event. So if he gets to do that then he got no right to complain about getting beat down might damage his WCW trademark Monster credibility. Fuck Goldberg and his prima donna attitude. At this point, we need to put things in their proper perspectives. Mainly that Golberg and his attitude will most likely be the best bet we have to get the belt off of the whore (my new nickname for HHH given that's all he is in reality). Granted he'll be fired most likely for standing up to the whore before we ever get to the match between the two, but at the moment Golberg is doing no wrong. ESPECIALLY since Rock is gone after this PPV....

Its becoming evident that HHH runs Raw and even when he loses the title, he'll lose it to Nash....and then to HBK....and maybe Scott Hall and Xpac and Credible because HHH HBK and Nash may convince the senile McMahon to rehire them, so we have a True Kliq Circle Jerk with the title. And Even if Goldy wins the belt, he'll loses it again and HHH will be champ again.

Guest AndrewTS Report post Posted April 18, 2003 If Goldie edges himself into Vince's favor, he'll be worse than HHH. Let's see just how much they are alike... Pushed to the moon until finally got over. Got over because they had legends fed to the them. Had learned the fine art of backstage politicking from Nash, Kevin. In ring ability vastly overrated. What are the differences between HHH and Goldie? HHH stayed over for a while. HHH jobs, although it's only when it doesn't matter. HHH has had more years in the business and respects it more than Goldie (sure, not much, but still). HHH has had as many good matches in his worst year in WWE as Goldberg had in his entire career. HHH is less sloppy.

I'll Give some Credit to KKK he at least when he wrestles someone he let them hit their moves on him. and Sells a bit, He did for the Hurricane, he did for Taka hell even make Taka look good to Marks who don't know better. Hell He took Three Gillberg Spears WOW! lol Goldberg doesn't want to be bothered by the little people... he just wants to do his highly acclaimed 5 minute matches Squash Rock and go back to his dressing room that is no where NEAR the lockerroom. Guest AndrewTS Report post Posted April 18, 2003 I'd like to see, just once, one of Goldberg's security force to pull off his helmet, turning out to be Austin, and KICK-WHAM-STUNNER Goldberg. However, Goldberg insists that Austin make the kick look real. Then, in the ultimate irony, the kick severely injures Goldberg and he has to retire.
Guest El Satanico Report post Posted April 18, 2003 The ONLY way that Goldberg was in the right here, is if Rock was going to beat him down man to man face to face. Rock's character shouldn't do that. However, if Rock was booked to sneak attack Goldberg like the cowardly heel he's portraying, then Goldberg had no right to bitch about it. fuck goldberg
Guest wwF1587 Report post Posted April 19, 2003 even though i think goldfuck is right on this occassion... he still pisses me off... and to think this is just the beginning of possibly more booking control.. Until he goes up against the almighty HHHH.. FUCK HHH and FUCK GOLDY...
Guest TheAnvil Report post Posted April 19, 2003 I like how Trivia247 bashes Goldberg for things that the man in his signature has been known for. I mean, it only took like 6 people to make Taker job to Cena??? I mean...if the Taker's "NOT FEELIN IT", that's all fine and dandy? I'm not defending Goldberg because I think everything he does is right, I'm defending him because I think that everything the WWE does is WRONG. HBK over Jericho? WRONG. HHH over Booker T?? WRONG. 6 man tag main event?? WRONG. It's been common knowledge that the WWE couldn't book it's way out of a wet paper bag. I mean...could they at least get away from the "I GOT THE LAST OFFENSE BEFORE THE PPV, NOW I JOB" routine?? Rock is a weak/cowardly heel. Goldberg is a power face. So, how is the ROCK going to beatdown a man he's "afraid" of?? He dodged Austin for weeks. He should do the same with Goldberg. I'm not saying that he shouldn't beatdown Goldberg, but it should be farther down the road. Maybe this week, or next week. But, you have to give Goldberg time to get established with fans new to him. The Spear/Jackhammer on Christian was the perfect thing to do that. He showed off his finish, and his power. Now a Rock beatdown doesn't make Goldberg look weak. Guest El Psycho Diablo Report post Posted April 19, 2003 All the bitter smark hate in this thread is making me laugh. So what if Goldberg has creative control? Austin, HHH, and Rock have all been able to veto things they don't like (or not show..) but people only bitch about that when someone they like (read: Jericho/Benoit) is being buried. Selective memory? Probably. Fuck "Fuck Goldberg". Nobody on Raw is going to beat HHH for the title..except possibly 'berg. Not RVD, not Jericho, not Booker. The only way anyone takes the title is waiting 'til HHH retires, out-politicking him, or getting on a huge debut push. Lighten up, airheads. At least Goldberg won't be around for a year with the damn thing. He'll have to drop it to someone else.

Austin, HHH, and Rock have all been able to veto things they don't like (or not show..) but people only bitch about that when someone they like (read: Jericho/Benoit) is being buried. They don't have it contractually promised to them. They actually have been in the WWE and have become stars. And usually when Rock and Austin would veto something, there was a good reason for it. And what's wrong would complaining about a decision that buries someone we like? Isn't that a natural reaction?
Guest El Psycho Diablo Report post Posted April 19, 2003 Would you..somebody who was once very over, and may still have a following, go into the WWE unprepared, knowing the bullshit that goes on there? I wouldn't. "We" may blast him for it, but it's not necessarily a bad thing. Things HHHappen to big names on Raw, y'know. Everybody winds up playing second fiddle to you-know-who. To me, the creative control is just a measure to make sure the writers/bookers don't do anything fucking stupid to a character. *shrugs* But that's me. Guest AndrewTS Report post Posted April 19, 2003 Oh yeah, and vetoing a beat down from the Rock, probably the biggest star in the company and one of the biggest ever is soooo much like making if he was asked to get knocked unconscious with a slap from a rookie. Maybe he should save his creative control for shit that matters.
