Guest Blackston Report post Posted April 19, 2003 Hey everyone, I was just wondering what the best way play import games on a Playstation 2 is. I've heard about several types of chips, but I am somewhat weary of soldering the inside of my PS2. The latest thing that I have heard is something called a "fliptop". Have any of you ever heard of this technique? Also, are there any backdoors to playing imported games (like the PAR on the Dreamcast)? Thanks for any help. Guest Renegade Report post Posted April 19, 2003 The PS2 is a bitch for imports, if you dont want to put a chip in the only other option is to buy the flip top lid, which is what I'm considering to do
