Angel has been better than Buffy this season, I think, so in terms of quality: Angel, Buffy, Smallville I have also come to the conclusion that people who say that Buffy is not a quality show fall into three categories: 1) Haven't ever watched it, but think it must be just a titty show because it has attractive women on it. 2) Saw one mediocre episode and then judged the whole series. 3) Are half-retarded, or a stoner/drunk who cannot tie their own shoes. The best shows on TV are: The Shield 24 The Sopranos Curb Your Enthusiasm I also like Family Business a lot but that is not the kind of show you can call the best show on TV. Out of the last/current season of all of those shows, I'd say The Shield and Curb are tied, based on your opinion and based on like for comedy/drama. Both are damn great. Sopranos Season 4 was VERY underrated. The expectations were too high. 24 is great as well. And cousin Steve on Family Business is hilarious! "SRO. Standing room only.
