Guest Redhawk Report post Posted April 20, 2003 What annoys you about your place? I'm not talking about roommate problems, but rather what things do you live with that piss you off? For example, when I lived with my Dad, there were these pine trees outside of our apartment. So whenever I had to vaccum, it took twice as long as it should have because you had to get on your knees and dig 1,000 of these pine needles out of the carpet. My current beef? The toilet in my on-campus apartment is the both bitch-like toilet ever. It can't handle anything and clogs up like once every two weeks at least. To explain the set-up: We have a 4-bedroom place with 2 bathrooms. Two of us have one bathroom and the other two have the other. In the basement of the building is a bathroom that's next to the laundry room. I don't wanna stink up the other roommates' bathroom, so if I have to take a crap of any significance, I have to use the one by the laundry room. Anyone else have any issues with their place? Currently, I have beef with my neighbors. Goddamn hicks left the radio on the other night. And went to bed! With the radio on! I went over at 2 in the morning, unplugged it and stole it. But sometimes at night they leave it open and in the morning when i'm still half-sleep if i'm not careful i run my shoulder into it, it doesn't hurt but it pisses...me...off! My Grass is freshly mowed...I have A nice giant Oak Tree blossoming in the spring...I have a Nice Neighborer... My Office smells clean...I have a nice Stereo playing me Metallica right now... My Only Problem? My Carpet in my bed room...We were in a Weird funk one day and decided to get Blue carpet for our bed room...It doesn't work...The rest of the house is Wood and White... It gets dirty easily because I really do not have much space to put stuff. I also hate the fact that they have a penchant for trying to fix the most bizarre and pointless things here, while ignoring the small things that are actually important. Like last summer when they had to clean the windows of everyone's room for some stupid reason, then a week later, a fuse blows on my floor, and they can't fix it until Monday, leaving me with no power for the weekend.
