First off, it's a hand-held but it's almost like a pro-shot, still nonetheless no shaking camera! Sound is excellent and the video is CRYSTAL-CLEAR. This version of KISS(Tommy Thayer as Spaceman) is very well put together. They sound VERY, VERY crisp now without Ace. Tommy can out-play Ace so bad, it's funny! Peter Criss's drumming has improved, but not by much. If not, just bring back Eric Singer! I'm getting the 3/13/03 show, and the Yokohama 3/15/03 show as well as the Vegas show from 3/16. If anyone is interested in any, drop me a line!

What?? No 100,000 Years?? No Rock Bottom?? Noooooo!!!

 

I've had very bad experiences with hand-held concert tapings, including a horrible MSG Kiss concert from the Asylum Tour, so I'm not really sure on this one. But your high recommendation really piqued my interest, so PM me or something so we can discuss.

 

BTW, Paul Stanley (the real one) has announced that they'll release the Symphont Concert on DVD soon, so I'm really waiting for that one.

Alot of the handhelds from the 80s suck, due to equipment being crappy. Nowadays, they use high-priced cameras to preserve the moment.
