I love them too, but the Aussie slang kinda keeps me from enjoying them to their fullest.

Even though I'm not a fan, it's always nice to see someone else enthusiastic about something. And those ARE some sweet shots.

Almost makes me want to bring back my "Movie Markouts" sig.

Almost.

What? Like "screamer"?? Sorry, I can't really help it, just kinda naturally comes out, as would be expected. I will endeavour to cut down on that in future captions. Although, I can see myself sticking with this one for a bit. What a great grab!!

I reckon this is the best shot yet, as far as capturing a good part of the leap. I, obviously, saw it live and this is well caught this shot. But the athleticism... This guy pulls down blinders week in week out. He rocks.

Some strike as a bit well, um, ghey but I liked the shot of the guy leaping above the other ones mostly for just the goofyass look on his face.

I like the pics...not enough to start a thread over them though.

Australian slang ADDS to the experience.

Screw Anti-Aussie sentiments, Dames is Australian.

He is, just ask me.

You see that's the interesting thing, most Australian's don't use slang. I have only ever heard G'Day a few times and that's when some American relatives came to visit and the accent is weird too because I've only met one person who talks with one.

Hey, Australian is my second favorite nationality/ethnicity/whatever behind German stuff. I just don't understand a lot of it, despite having a girlfriend from Perth for a year.

What tripe, Aussies use slang all the time, and g'day is the most common greeting you'll hear.

Screw Anti-Aussie sentiments

There shouldn't be any anti-Aussie sentiment over there, given half of the big movies that come out feature Australians in lead, or starring roles. Hell, two of this summer's blockbuster movies have Aussies in the lead role.
