How in the hell did this dog survive being shot in the head? The other two are somewhat believable but did the cop really miss the dog and is just trying to add dramatics to the story(kidding).

I finally see where the bullet hit. Did the cop not learn where to shoot to kill? The dog got shot in the cheek compared to the usual bullet between the eyes.

Just saw Inside Edition. That mark below the eye is the exit wound. It was shot in the back of the head.
