Plus once you start a game in EWR, you can't introduce new characters, and with the high turn around we have in the OAOAST there's new guys almost every week. So that made running a continous game hard, and without that you dont get to see how peoples overness etc changes. Anyway...long justification for my lazyness... Actually, you could always just hire someone in EWR (like Erin Bray [whom is a chick manager]), have the new person in OAOAST give you their stats, and then use the Arsenic Editor to remake that new EWR signee into the actual OAOAST dude.
