AJPW Excite Series 1998

I'm going to be doing a review for 411/Rolling Germans for the 1998u AJPW Excite Series commerical tape, and was wondering if someone could give the following little tidbits of info. I did some online hunting via google, and Stuart's site but couldn't find too much.

 

1. Kobashi and Ace's team, what exactly does GET stand for?

 

2. There is match between Inoue/Asako and two outsiders, one of which appears to be a shoot style worker named "Kamikaze" does anyone know where he wrestled or who he is?

 

3. Who's side is Akiyama on exactly? In NYGS he wrestled Misawa for the TC. He teams up with Kobashi to wrestle Kakihara/Takayama, but in SAS II he's back to teaming with Misawa.
