Knight Rider scanner..

Not sure where I should put this, so it goes here. Does anybody know where I could aquire either plans or an actuall working (ie flashing) scanner for the KITT model that is out currently? I believe it in 1:18th scale, if that helps. Guy at the hobby shop said I might have some luck finding it on line, but so far no luck. any help?
