how do I clear the memory on my DC mem card?

I need to clear off all the data on my Dreamcast memory card tonight, so I can download moves and wrestlers tomorrow at my dads (who has dial up, thank God)

 

is there a way to delete all of it at once like you could for n64?

do it the same way you do it on PS One, turn on the console without a game in it.
