Latin is easier than some, but unless you're going for a medical or science degree, I wouldn't bother, as there's not a hell of a lot that it's useful for. Spanish is a popular one, since it's really easy and you never know when it could be useful. Japanese is fun too, but much harder to learn.

Japanese is a pretty good one to learn. Spanish is probably the best one for you though - given that it's your official second language (I'm assuming you live in the US), it would probably be an advantage for you later in terms of gaining employment.

You'll probably use Spanish the most in the US (assuming this is where you live).

 

That's what I would go with... well, that's what I'm going with next year.
