Guest Report post Posted March 24, 2002 Me and my friend were talking about who had died, and I said I knew Ravishing Rick Rude had died, as well as Yokozuna, among others. So what wrestlers (of recent years. You know, that we would actually recognize) have died (not necessarily in the ring). And how did they die? I could not think of how Rude died. Guest teke184 Report post Posted March 24, 2002 1. Bravo was killed because he was smuggling cigarettes, which was a BIG business in Canada and upset some "older Italian gentlemen" 2. Bubby Duncum Jr. died in the past few years according to several sources including Foley Is Good, although I never would have known the difference since the only WCW TV show I've watched in 10 years was the final Nitro. Guest MRFTW Report post Posted March 24, 2002 "And how, when and why did Bertha kill hereself?" I don't know that she killed herself for sure, that's just what I read at a website a while back and I couldn't find any other sites that listed any cause of death. Either way she died in July of 2001
