Guest Vern Gagne Posted May 4, 2003 Report Posted May 4, 2003 CBS had that Batman movie a couple months ago. But who would you cast in big screen remake of the movie. Bruce Campell seems like a good Batman/Bruce Wayne. Jim Carey could play the Riddler again.
Guest El Satanico Posted May 4, 2003 Report Posted May 4, 2003 I agree that Bruce Campbell would be a perfect campy Batman.
Guest 5_moves_of_doom Posted May 4, 2003 Report Posted May 4, 2003 Nobody else likes the idea of Willem Dafoe as the Riddler? Or perhaps the Joker... I dunno, he just always makes the perfect villain. Oh, and Freddie Savage as Robin would be quite swank.
Guest Mattdotcom Posted May 4, 2003 Report Posted May 4, 2003 Dafoe was one of the original choices for The Joker back in the eighties, and while he would be perfect, after playing the Green Goblin, he'd be slammed for 'playing the same character'. Besides, if you're doing a remake of the 60s show, go all out and get a moustached Latino.
LaParkaYourCar Posted May 4, 2003 Report Posted May 4, 2003 CBS had a Batman movie? What was it like? Are you talking about the old 60's one or did they make a new one?
Guest razazteca Posted May 4, 2003 Report Posted May 4, 2003 It was already done, it was the abortion of the series call Batman & Robin that had Clooney as Batman and Uma Thurman as Poison Ivy.
Guest CoreyLazarus416 Posted May 4, 2003 Report Posted May 4, 2003 I'd like to see Clea DuVall as BatGirl...just for the tight outfit... ...mmhmmmmmm...
Guest Vern Gagne Posted May 4, 2003 Report Posted May 4, 2003 It was already done, it was the abortion of the series call Batman & Robin that had Clooney as Batman and Uma Thurman as Poison Ivy. That was nothing like the Adam West show of the 60's. This movie would be a remake of the 60's show.
