Guest jaCko Report post Posted March 25, 2002 Oh yeah..in Royal Rumbles or battle royals, there is always some "powerhouse" (ie Bulldog, Luger, etc) who pick up an opponent, hold them high in the air for a press slam, and drop back to the mat, instead of tossing them over the top rope. Dumbasses...
Guest AM The Kid Report post Posted March 25, 2002 No matter how tight a pair of wrestling trunks are they will perfectly conceal any foreign object from the referee. If a title change at a house show is not taped by a production crew, it never happened. A wrestler who takes their time climbing to the top rope will either 1. Crotched. 2. Miss their high-risk move. 3. Have a move done to them from the top rope. A wrestler will always remove the monitors from the announce tables before putting their opponent through it. Guest Kahran Ramsus Report post Posted March 25, 2002 A wrestler will always remove the monitors from the announce tables before putting their opponent through it. Sometimes the ref does it.
Guest caboose Report post Posted March 25, 2002 if i remember correctly the rock's arm dropped three times, in the iron man match at judgement day against hhh, while in the sleeper to win hhh a fall.
Guest Report post Posted March 25, 2002 In almost every single Steve Austin PPV match, the match will spill out of the ring to somewhere in the arena to an area of concrete. Austin will go for a piledriver and will get back dropped. Whenever someone goes to piledrive Austin, he backdrops them. Whenever HHH Pedigrees Rock, Austin, or a woman, he lets go of their arms before completely landing the move. The Women's title is the most deadly belt in the WWF. Jericho always used the WWF title as a weapon during his undisputed title regien and got a two count. I always screamed that if he used the larger, thicker, heavier WCW belt he would've won. Guest Risk Report post Posted March 25, 2002 Whenever someone goes to piledrive Austin, he backdrops them. Not quite, he has been piledriven by Owen and by Taker. You didn't say AFTER the stinger.
Guest the BURNHAM Report post Posted March 25, 2002 In a ladder match the person climbing the ladder, even at the beginning, will always take his time to step on every rung so as to not fall off. And if being thrown off a ladder, they will land crotch first on the top rope.
Guest Report post Posted March 25, 2002 At the end of almost every cage match, the face will stick his head out the door, and a heel will slam the door in his face, allowing the heel in the match to win. Whenever Lance Storm is involved in a match with the Hardys, he will get the Hurricanrana from Lita, setting up the Hardys P.i.M., T.o.F., and Swanton, and will never beat them. After almost every PPV on Raw, JR will call last night's show the most emotional pay-per-view of all time. And whoever mentioned that enemies win the tag titles after PPV matches, you forgot to add Jericho and Rock after No Mercy, and Taker and Austin to an extent, since they were feuding at the time leading up to SummerSlam (Which had amazing build up...which basically started in May and Taker earned the title shot for SS before the Fully Loaded PPV)
Guest Stupendous Man Report post Posted March 25, 2002 When a group of heels, ex nWo are beating down on a face, and another face comes to make a save, the nWo will attack him one on one while the rest stand around....aka the idiot circle. No, that's Black Ninja Style.
Guest Zero_Cool Report post Posted March 25, 2002 Whenever a heel makes a surprise attack after being out for a while, the announcer will always say, "what is he doing out here?!" ..or is that just Cole?
Guest The Mighty Damaramu Report post Posted March 25, 2002 -As a face you are like Superman on Speed. Nobody can touch you. You can kill anything that moves(ie- Kurt Angle) but when you turn heel someone mysteriously replaces your speed with Kryponite and you're suddenly a wuss.(ie- again Kurt Angle) -If you are a monster be it a face or heel when you turn you will be a big pansy(ie- Kane)
Guest The Mighty Damaramu Report post Posted March 25, 2002 Oh here's one a friend of mine made up. It's not true but still funny. -If you have new tights you will win. Now it doesn't always hold up(Jericho at WM) but for the most part it does(Kurt and B&C at WM)
Guest teke184 Report post Posted March 25, 2002 A powerbomb on Kidman will ALWAYS fail Every wrestler will attempt to powerbomb Kidman, even Rey Misterio Jr.
Guest Will Scarlet Report post Posted March 25, 2002 Here is one I do not think I have seen posted yet: A wrestler can be hit with chairs, garbage cans, be put through tables, etc., and get up with ease, yet if some other wrestler pulls a foreign object or brass knuckles out of his pants, and hits a wrestler with it, the wrestler will instantly be rendered unconscious. Guest Sandman9000 Report post Posted March 25, 2002 During a regular match, any sort of object shot will automatically cause a near-death experience, even tin foil. However, in a hardcore match, you can beat a man to death and only get two. (Dammit Tanaka, sell the chair shot, c'mon, c'mon,.... poor chair.)
Guest cobainwasmurdered Report post Posted March 25, 2002 Ric Flair will never hit a move from the top rope
Guest Mole Report post Posted March 25, 2002 Whenever someone is to have a mystery opponent, it is either Big Show or Kane. Heels never slap the fans hands on the way to the ring, faces do. The Rock will always put his hands in cross whenever he is suplex on his back. When SCSA is wearing his knee braces, he is going to open a can of whoop ass. If SCSA wins a match, he will drink a beer, or two. The Rock will ALWAYS make fun of Coach or Cole during a interview. The King will always be a perv. If RVD does the ***** frog splash and hits it, he will bounce off and grab his ribs. I could keep going, but I won't bore you all.
Guest Risk Report post Posted March 25, 2002 One of the biggest mark out moments for me was in a six-man match. The heels were being repremanded by the ref while all the faces came into the ring and gang stomped the heel! The crowd marked out so much for that. I also liked E and C explaining the "run in" and Edge telling X-Pac about "character development".
Guest Flyin' Squirrel Report post Posted March 25, 2002 The probability of a wrestler showing up increases exponentially with each mention by the announcers that he is not scheduled to appear. An impact which would barely inconvenience the frailest of old women will knock a referee out cold for several minutes.
Guest Midnight Express83 Report post Posted March 25, 2002 If a wrestler is in the corner and Billy Gunn runs for the splash, he will ALWAYS misses. No heel wins the WWF title cleanly or with his finisher. No face since 1987 has ever tapped to the sleeper.
Guest TheDames7 Report post Posted March 25, 2002 UT beat Hogan for the title at Survivor Series '91 with the Tombstone. Dames
Guest razazteca Report post Posted March 25, 2002 WWF women have implants....Jazz does not need them, she has wrestling talent!!! fan fav tag teams will eventually get split up: Hardys, Edge & Christian X-Pac only heat comes from hanging on to stables or Kane if the main event starts in the last 5 minutes of Raw or Smackdown then it will result in a run-in
Guest Kahran Ramsus Report post Posted March 25, 2002 No heel wins the WWF title cleanly or with his finisher. HHH beat Big Show with the Pedigree to win the WWF Title.
Guest Some Guy Report post Posted March 25, 2002 This might have been mentioned already. In the Royal Rumble they always make a huge deal out of #30 being the best # but no one who has gotten #30 has evere won.
Guest eiker_ir Report post Posted March 25, 2002 in big matches, they always try to hit their finishers right at the start..... if jericho goes to the top rope, the other guy automaticly will stand up so he hit's the top rope dropkick..... jeff hardy will always look gay..... JR hates the heels but when they turn face they're all godd and we have to respect them.....
Guest Report post Posted March 25, 2002 Lower card faces will always snag a cheap pop by mentioning the city they are in while lower card heels will always grab a cheap pop by running the same city down. The spanish announce table must be destroyed before the regular announce table at pay-per-views. If you are getting beaten down in a tag match and manage to make it over to tag you partner, you will miraculously recover from all of your injuries by the time that you are tagged back in, even if it is only a few seconds later. Any important main event announcements will be made 'In this very ring!'
Guest goodhelmet Report post Posted March 25, 2002 If Vince, steph, or HHH come out to do an interview, they will stretch out a 5 minute segment into a 20 minute one. If someone wants to make a point during a promo segment, then they have to "roll the footage" instead of telling us what happened
Guest Special K Report post Posted March 25, 2002 I was a big ECW mark, but this always bugged me: You can be hit with an ungodly number of plunder shots and still kick out. But if someone hit their finisher (which can often be pretty damn weak) you are done for.
Guest Midnight Express83 Report post Posted March 25, 2002 Back to my no heel wins the WWF title cleanly or with thier finisher. If they hit their finisher: its always with cheating. Undertaker won the title with a tombstone....on a chair that Flair just happen to slide in. Triple H wins the title when Steph gets the ref's attention. Low blow(illegal move mind you) and then the normal.
Guest muzanisa Report post Posted March 25, 2002 Mid-carder finishers don't work on main eventers. Main eventers finishers work on other main eventers first time on Raw and Smackdown. they never work first time on PPV. Contact with exposed turnbuckles is more harmful than chairshots, beltshots etc. having talcum powder or green mist blown in your face will incapacitate a wrestler more effectively than a kick in the head. A referee will not notice a huge cloud of talcum powder or the fact that a wrestler is covered in green liquid. Steve Austin can defeat the entire mid-card at once with no help.
