# Goldberg has already alienated himself from just about everyone in the locker room because of his attitude and ego. A friend of Goldberg's from back in his WCW days claims that the only way to get along with him is to talk about anything but wrestling because it's frustrating to hear his views on himself and the wrestling business in general.

 

# Speaking of Goldberg, the reason his car stalled out on the 4/21 RAW is because the transmission blew out. One wrestler even joked that it reminded him of his old WCW days.

I don't have a hard time believing any of this stuff. He seems like a total prima donna. And he obviously doesn't really like the wrestling business, he just likes the paycheck.

 

Outside the ring, he never puts the business over, he never puts any other wrestlers over, he just buries everyone else and promotes himself.

Normally I don't put stock in these things: When Kurt was getting his got push he was "arrogant" but afterwards he magically became a "locker room leader." Same thing with Brock.

 

But Goldberg has ALWAYS had attitude problems.

I love how when things aren't going right, nothing goes right. When things are going great how often does something like that happen? But, it seems to happen every other week now.

someone said it before, but WWE is like highschool. Everything is so petty. And of course, HHH is the class tattle-tale. One of the tough enough kids (I forget which one) got heat for not properly introducing himself to the Undertaker. IM sure the kid was probably a little intimidating being in a new situation like that.

Every place you work is like High School. There are always the same Stereo Types in the business world just as in the High School world. Granted, some places may carry themselves better than others buts its all relative.

 

This is just life people. So he's a Prima Donna. Big deal. I know people at my place of employement who think they're the best at what they do and that their shit doesn't stink. I'd wager you do too.

Their own "co-general manager" wasn't too kind on them not so long ago, either..but I don't see "Fuck Austin" popping up.

When Austin went heel, he added a comedic dimension to his character. He's still stale, but Goldberg's stuff, man, he seriously never updated ANYTHING, and thus is more stale in my eyes. Same moves, same stupid mannerisms, same grunting and yelling like a caveman, same look (save for his new trunks)...really, even when Goldberg "turned heel" in WCW, he was exactly the same. I can do without him. He's just so predictable. Austin can at least make me crack a smile and a chuckle every now and again.

We'll just have to wait and see if anything changes, and/or if this entire co-GM thing will elicit any good TV whatsoever. Tonight was bad, in my opinion, but I DO think Austin can be compelling if given a chance to change, as you pointed out (though I think it has less to do with his own fears and more to do with the fears of creative).

 

Also, I loved Austin when he turned heel, and I didn't think he was too stale at that time, especially when he was domineering over Angle/RVD/whoever. The entire Austin heel run was just hilarious, in my opinion, and way better than anything Goldberg has ever been involved with.
