Could you help me with dates on Kobashi vs. Misawa

I've made it a little goal of mine to collect all Misawa vs. Kobashi single matches. Could you list the dates of the matches you know or a place I can get the tapes? Maybe a tape of all their matches already exists. I read somewhere they've had 16 single matches, in AJPW and NOAH. Is this figure accurate? I figured if anyone knows, it's you guys.
