Guest ErekT2k Report post Posted March 24, 2002 It's being posted so I'll edit this post later w/ my comments. But kudos to me for being the first to post the comments page. Kudos! K, read the show. Congrats to Annie and K-Os on getting bumped to the majors. Nice show all around except for the Dos No Shows from Mafia and Xero. And Stryke is *almost* right on predictions. Sure he may have predicted the winners but I could spoil it for him but I won't, because Stryke is *cool*.
Guest crusen86 Report post Posted March 24, 2002 The main event is yet to be posted. This is holding up the card for at least 1.5 hours, then it will be blown anyway. Eh.
Guest Insane Clown Dan Report post Posted March 24, 2002 Bah... *no-sells Lady Brown and predicts against her stinky, stoopy Lady Brown self, again and again and again! All the way up to the SWF* j/k, cool match that deserved to win. Scary endings with scary japanese chicks r00l megatons. Alas, poor Ash... eternal damnation to the JL, it seems And, er... have Xero and Mafia become the fed's two ambiguously no-showing duo? Aside from that, some awesome shiznit from Z, Ced and especially Shawn Brody. I definitely see you going to greener pastures once a few more people leave, "Fallen Angel". Guest midnight_burn Report post Posted March 24, 2002 Fludge at the lack of a main event. Well the show looks pretty darn good so far, some great stuff, particularly from Shawn Brody and Lady Red. Shawn seems to be getting too good for the TV Title, and could easily make it at main event level with the talent he's showing. And Lady Red, well bravo, a wonderful match, and you are very deserving of a spot in the SWF. I'm sure you'll go great in the SWF. Also a strong opener from Danny Williams, and the Z and Ced connection provided a top-notch tag match.
Guest WarMachine Report post Posted March 24, 2002 And, er... have Xero and Mafia become the fed's two ambiguously no-showing duo? I had a nasty case of writers block, which is the only thing I can offer up as a reason. As I commented to Munich, sometime earlier today, I'm mentally not in the right frame lately. Again, it's the only thing I can offer up as an explanation.
Guest CED Ordonez Report post Posted March 24, 2002 Three words: Fingerpoke of Impending DEATH! Oh wait...four...four words *does the Sesame Street Count laugh as lightning flashes for no apparent reason* It's late, I'll shut up now...

Guest AnnieEclectic Report post Posted March 24, 2002 And now..... *finally breathes out* WHEW! What King said honestly had me worried. Ash, if you were close to me on this, then ####, you're deserving of JL main event status with Erek *easily* because that was my best match. Period. People tend to say I'm pretty good, and if they're right, you're right up there. Oh, and thanks Ash, because if it weren't for you, I wouldn't be here, I kinda tried to tribute to you in my match, but with Red it comes out bad. I do want to thank you a lot, you've defined me quite a bit. I really don't know what to say, but I'm really jazzed up right now so... I think I'll eat breakfast now, then come back -Annie Eclectic
Guest Shawn Report post Posted March 24, 2002 What a night! Everything fell into place for my and MVS' feud. I couldn't picture it any better. I loved MVS' promo. It was exactly what I had invisioned. Please check out our series of promos and the match and tell me what you think. And... I retained? Phew! I can breathe again. Lastly, Lady Red and Chaos pulled it out! Sure that means that I'm the soul surviving Clannie of the JL but hey, I can work with that. It was a great night though I was looking forward to Mafia/Xero's match. I will be checking Deathwish's and Ced/Z' match when I get a chance. I'd also like to give a kudos to Crusen for putting every thing in order with the promos. The show rocked.
Guest HVilleThugg Report post Posted March 24, 2002 That was a decent show. Congratulations to Annie and K-Os...good luck in the WF!! Now for something that annoyed me, and I need to bring it to light. Storylines When you are writing a match against someone, and there are major storyline implications involved, it is very important that both participants be aware of the storyline. What do I mean? Basically, I'm saying that if you are doing something major, it's unfair to your opponent to keep it to yourself. We've had many discussions about this in the WF, but I'm not saying that you have to tell people every little detail of your angle or your match. Just the major things. For instance, if you have someone turning from face to heel, or visa versa, in your match, it's only fair to let your opponent know since that is a major change and, all things being equal, it could be the difference in winning and losing the match. Obviously everyone here is intelligent enough to know what needs to be told and what doesn't, so use your best judgement. Interference, and little shit like that is fine...but if you have someone join your stable, or have someone's stablemate turn on them, then that needs to be communicated because that's a major storyline development. Just, please, be considerate to your fellow JLers and keep the playing field level. That's all I ask, because it makes my job as a marker very hard if I have to determine if something is unfair or not. Also, unless it's blatant, I'm not sure it's my place to determine that, so it's just going to fall back on you guys to police yourselves in that respect. Anyway...use your best judgement and be respectful towards each other. Da "wise beyond his years" H
