I'm expecting Raven, Juvi and/or Super Crazy, Truth, Konnan, Douglas (crosses fingers), Credible, maybe Corino...hell I dunno, there are so many possibilities.

 

Tenay said champions from all over would be competiting.

 

Hardy could show up as the surprise entrant.

 

And I'm hoping AJ wins the damn thing. Have him fulfill HIS destiny (as a full on face), then have Raven chase him. Would make for entertaining TV IMO.

Imagine Awesome is in the ring and then Tanaka comes out unannounced...then they battle all over the arena.

Only other japanese guy I can think that they would bring in would be Hashimoto but that seems a bit far fetched. Although with the big mlw show on friday these guys are possibilities, Norman Smiley, Ikuto Hidaka (more likely to make an x-division appearance than anything if they can get him), and Vampiro. I'm sure we will get an old name thrown in there that nobody is expecting.

Saturn should be in it too...hell he alone fills the former ECW, WCW and WWE champion list.

I gave up on seeing La Parka in TNA. They just won't bring him in for some reason. I doubt he will be in it. I don't know what the problem is since he works for MLW.

I thought I heard someplace that La Parka was supposed to come in when they brough Halloween and somebody I can't remember in but he had visa issues. So I thought this would be a perfect time to bring him in.

Here's the easy way to remember:

 

Anyone who was a legit threat to beating Jarrett has already jobbed to him.

 

The only people left who I would buy as challengers are Lynn (but he's in the tag and X divisions instead...) and Saturn...because I think that match would be good.

Just because those guys jobbed to him doesn't mean they can't go after him again. DLo lost because of interference from Raven, Styles lost because of inteference from a bunch of people and well Raven he just lost after everybody interfered for him. What I would like to see is a 4 way match up for the title between Styles/DLo/Raven/Jarrett at the one year anniversary show with Styles going over. But that is just me.

It'll probably be some surprise entrant like a Shane Douglas or Malice or someone that ends up winning.

 

AJ & D'Lo are busy with SEX, i doubt they'd give Raven another shot right away, and Killings is essentailly a mid-carder now, so either they'll elevate someone else or have someone new win it and get the title shot in 3 months time or whenever Jarrett feels like next defending the belt.

dammit, you post the article shortly after i finish updating the forums. fuckity fuck. oh well... good take as always BUT i have to admit that if raven refused to sign a contract, that is as good a reason as there ever was NOT to give him the belt. this has prolly been said before but not by me
