Denny's radio commercial for 24 hour dinning

Anyone find it a little insulting to have Denny's "After Hour" radio ads where the announcer wonders why other fast food joints only have their drive thru windows open and insinuate that all night people are just "light challenged"

I don't know, but I'd be insulted if I, or someone I knew was the victim of an after midnight act of violence. I mean I don't say everyone should close up after hours I mean there are those who NEED food at that time of night, (night shift workers, munchies after drinking/partying, food runs during all-night studing sessions, ect) and having a full service restaurant is a great service to have, just that the employees need to be on guard 100% of the time due to you never know (lunatics on a murder/rape rampage, general robbery attempt, drive by shootings, fight just breaking out, shit like the Wendy's incident in NYC several years back, ect)

Maybe I am being too much of a cranky nit, but I just think those lines in the ad almost make it seem that there are no differences between the way people act at 3AM in a nearly deserted restaurant and 3PM in with a late lunch/early dinner crowd and there obviously is a difference.

I hate the Subway commercials. Believe it or not, the ones on the radio are even MORE annoying than the ones on TV. Just wait until you hear the "Subway's baking fresh made bread!" jingle.

The Denny's here isnt even open 24 hours because of the fact that its the only place around town besides the two Wal Marts and a Grocery store or two that are open 24 hours and it tended to get robbed about once a week.
