Guest Brush with Greatness Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 If some of you are like me then you probably have a few DVD's that you own and haven't watched. Perhaps you have seen them in the past or just bought them on a whim. Here's my list of shows/movies that I own but have never seen before (any format): Soprano's Season 3 (don't get HBO/Showcase) Oz Season 2 Band of Brothers The Waking Life 1972 Summit Series Godfather Part 3 Here's my list of movies that I have watched before, just not on DVD since I bought them: Unforgiven Empire of the Sun Slap Shot When Harry Met Sally Midnight Express
Guest the pinjockey Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 Pearl Harbor I love The Rock and saw there was a 2 for 1 pack with Pearl Harbor and The Rock so figured might as well get the free Pearl Harbor instead of just the Rock. The downside is that this made the actor most prevelant in my collection Ben Affleck, due to having all the Kevin Smith movies.
Guest Lil Naitch Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 Men of Honnor (bought when it came out of DVD, was warned by a good friend that it was a long, boring movie. and have never been the mood to watch it.) K-Pax(bought it, never watched it, traded it in for store credit at GameStop(the local video game store)) Most of Buffy Season 3 I know there is more... but I'm at work and I don't have them in fron of me.

Guest Kotzenjunge Posted May 12, 2003 Report Posted May 12, 2003 none, i think it's stupid to buy DVDs and never watching them Yeah seriously, who the hell buys stuff and then doesn't watch it? Understandable if it's only a few days afterward, but I know people who, MONTHS afterward haven't touched stuff they've bought. I think it's funny how people have "DVD collections" now, but to boast about your "VHS collection" a few years ago would sound kinda weird.
Guest crandamaniac Posted May 12, 2003 Report Posted May 12, 2003 none, i think it's stupid to buy DVDs and never watching them Yeah seriously, who the hell buys stuff and then doesn't watch it? You ever think people are a bit busy with other stuff in their life to watch a 2 hour DVD? As for me, I have yet to see Fight Club, but I just got it a week ago and have been really busy with finals for school
