Guest Dmann2000 Report post Posted May 12, 2003 No one hurt, happened while I was out. Waiting on the evidence crew to come by, maybe something will come of it. Stupid fuck that I am, I didn't have homeowner's insurance.
Guest Ripper Report post Posted May 12, 2003 Dude that crime just screams that it was someone you knew or at least had been in your place before. Plus they got out in that window of time...they definately live close enough to see you leave. I hope they find out who did it.
Guest Dmann2000 Report post Posted May 12, 2003 I'm thinking it's neighborhood kids who've done this before, knew what my car looked like, etc.

Guest Blue Bacchus Report post Posted May 14, 2003 I hope you get your stuff back. Something like this happened to a friend of mine not too long ago. Someone broke into his home and stole his Dreamcast, a bunch of CDs and a Home Theater Reciever. Turns out it was some neighborhood kids.
Guest stardust Report post Posted May 14, 2003 That sucks. Having something of yours broken into and stolen has to be one of the worst feelings ever. My car's been broken into twice, and both times...ugh...the first time I was upste, the second time I was just pissed. I hope they catch whoever broke into your house (I still don't know who broke into my car either time) and you get your stuff back.

Ultimo Dugas 0 Report post Posted May 14, 2003 I know how you feel man. Back in the 7th grade my house was robbed, but luckily my aunt showed up during the robbery. She chased them down in her car, and they were all caught. Apparently they had been watching our house to know when we left cause our neighbors said they showed up about 5 minutes after we had left that morning. They took their sweet time too, all of our shit was slowly taken apart and stacked, ready to be stolen. We were lucky.
Guest NoCalMike Report post Posted May 14, 2003 Same shit happened to me. They stole my Super nes, all the games, my tv, and cd player. Oh and all my COMPLETE sets of baseball cards dating back to 1984. It had to have been someone that knew me, since they knew the exact 2 hour time that no one would be home. I was super pissed and looked at every neighbor kid I knew as a potential suspect. We have since moved.
Guest Dmann2000 Report post Posted May 28, 2003 ****UPDATE***** This Monday the detective working my case told me they have a suspect. A 16 year old male who fit the description given by my neighbor was caught breaking into another house. His fingerprints matches ones pulled from DVD's dropped at my house. I don't know yet if any of my stuff has been recovered, but this brought a smile to my face after 2 weeks of bummers.
Guest Slapnuts00 Report post Posted May 28, 2003 Good luck man, I hope all your stuff is returned and this punk learns about morality and decency in jail.

Guest Lightning Flik Report post Posted May 29, 2003 Well, given he's 16 chance are the stuff's in his room. Firstly, let me say it's good to know you've got a suspect and probably the culprit. Secondly, the kid's pretty damn dumb if he's still got the stuff... Even if he's 16.
Guest wwF1587 Report post Posted May 30, 2003 im sorry you have been robbed.. glad they got a suspect...hope everything works out
Guest Agent of Oblivion Report post Posted May 30, 2003 on the subject of theft and vandalism, I'm reminded of an amusing anectdote about my father. One halloween, a group of kids decided to viciously TP the hell out of our front yard. My dad, being the staunch gun-toting republican american that he is, saw them doing this out the window, snuck outside with his 12 gauge Remington, casually walked up to the teens, racked the slide on the gun, and stood there and watched as they had to climb these gigantic poplars, getting every square of Charmin off of his sainted property. Good times.
Guest Urine Sane Report post Posted May 31, 2003 snuck outside with his 12 gauge Remington Did he buy it at S Mart?
Guest Agent of Oblivion Report post Posted May 31, 2003 Not to my knowledge, it's an amusing coincidence, though.
Guest Lil Naitch Report post Posted May 31, 2003 that's probably the funniest damn thing I ever heard. Sorry that your dad's a Republican, though
