Genius, also dug the way the Hyland vs Youth match ended up coming out as I read it over after writing it and wasn't sure how good it would be and dug the other matches. Guest Big Poppa Popick Report post Posted May 13, 2003 Firstly, I didn't write the "kill off undisputed angle" but damn that sure did its job...Whoever did that, thanks for adding another victim to my reign of terror...it fit very well into my character Shooter, another nice promo from you...you really do know how to play a response promo for the inferno match...i think i got the brutal spots right, but it really should have gotten more build, both in the match and without...though i do think the intro to the show set up exactly why it was going on prl/cappa proves once again why they are our rvd and benoit of the iZ...these skits are classics...im going to be really sad to see this feud in k-ness, i think you did a good job with your promo andmatch, finally fleshing out your guy some more from underneath job's shadow... and damn if i wish dave metzler would read that can you take out scott keith next week? the hurricane / orion skits? they were pretty funny and i forgot you guys were feuding over the na battle royal stuff, but again, two good segments focusing on building to a matchup ... eskimo, really work on getting the ezcodes copied over, totally missing the sp/sj emphasis...the songs there meant something are we hinting? ohhh drunken fuck is a guilty pleasure why isnt jesse cheering the shit outta this guy...we ran a jesse = alcoholic storyline for a month! im also happy to see a neat turn in the jingus/eskimo saga finally, mad props for the main event na title match THAT is why the title match is last very worthy effort...bravo Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Guest ShooterJay Report post Posted May 13, 2003 I was the guy who wrote the "kill off undisputed" segment, for the record. BPP, I'll tell you what I thought of the inferno match over AIM. Overall, I thought this show had the best story flow of any of them I've been involved with- especially the Cappa/PRL stuff-awesome as always. I liked the show, but maybe it was just me but I had a little trouble following it at some points. Maybe I'm just bummed cause I wasn't really happy with my Blurricane segments this week. That match was what set-up one of the Mr. Boricua Birthday Bash segments. And trust me, when Cappa returns from the navy in the fall, we are going to turn this feud up a few HUNDRED notches!!! I wasn't quite ready to do it and I wouldn'tk now what you guys expected of me, but mainly my excuse was working a double shift on Mother's Day, the evening in which I planned to had it done. So blame Blockbuster, not Vitamin X. Either ways, I had planned to get X into the Cappa/PRL feud, but I guess there was a bit of miscommunication so I'm feuding with Sonic Youth now, which is great, it's absolutely fine.
