I also add people who sue Big Tabacco because they got lung Cancer even though it has been well known that people who smoke get sick.

The tobacco companies actually tried to hide documents and facts about smoking being bad for you.

 

I say, if they've been smoking since those days then they can. You would have never known a few decades ago that cigarettes did damage.

The dangers of smoking were common knowledge back in the 1960's. If you continued to smoke in site of 40 years of warnings, you deserve what you get.

What is a gray case are those who got second hand smoke and developed lung cancer. Because it wasn't their fault that tons of other people around them smoked.

Well, unless you are a child and live with a smoker then you do/did have a choice as to whether or not you were around smokers. You could not go to places where people smoked, leave a room in which someone is smoking, avoid those smoking in public places, etc...

Secondhand smoke does not give people cancer.
