Guest goodhelmet Report post Posted March 25, 2002 Yeah, I was thinking the same thing But Benoit has been treated better than most while putting on **** matches with ease. As for the others, I still think it's a shame that the WWFE didn't utilize them better.
Guest Hogan Made Wrestling Report post Posted March 25, 2002 Ahh yes, I only like bad matches, and your evidence for this is what? That I don't like RVD's flip-flop bullshit and I don't think that Chris Benoit has been mistreated because the WWF never gave him a heatless title run that would have gone nowhere? That's some brilliant logical deduction there.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted March 25, 2002 hmm....your screen name is Hogan made wrestling... You have an avatar with the nWo on it... You criticize everything that isn't Hogan and the NWO... Is the idea that you only like bad matches that far of a jump?
Guest goodhelmet Report post Posted March 25, 2002 "Ahh yes, I only like bad matches, and your evidence for this is what? " not to mention that Hogan, who has as many good matches in his life then Benoit puts on in a year is pasted all over your sig. That not once have you taken the WWF to task for putting on shitty matches or angles but justify any crap they put out there.
Guest Hogan Made Wrestling Report post Posted March 25, 2002 Oh right, I forgot I'm supposed to criticize every little thing the WWF does like every other moron on here who thinks they know more than Vince yet they are the ones who have time to burn posting on here due to having no job while Vince is on the Forbes 400. Come again. But you're right, I guess every one of my posts should be about how shitty midcarders like RVD and Booker are being misused despite the fact they are making more money than I will see for a long, long time. Guest goodhelmet Report post Posted March 25, 2002 Ted Turner was usually on the list too but it didn't keep WCW from going under. Are you a wrestling fan who would like to see the WWF improve their product or someone who likes to attack wrestling fans frustrated with an inferior product than what they are accustomed to seeing Do Booker's and RVD's salaries really mean jack shit to you or me? No, so what does their salary have to do with our dislike of the product? And just because a worker makes a particular salary does it mean they can't be mistreated? Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted March 25, 2002 hmm.... personal insults about ones standing in the world are a troll like offense... hmm... What is your fascination with money in that post? Just because someone is rich they are infallable? "Oh right, I forgot I'm supposed to criticize every little thing the WWF does like every other moron on here who thinks they know more than Vince yet they are the ones who have time to burn posting on here due to having no job while Vince is on the Forbes 400." This is why you are a bad poster. You don;t defend your opinions with facts...you defend them with insults. For further examples lets look at your next statement: "Come again. But you're right, I guess every one of my posts should be about how shitty midcarders like RVD and Booker are being misused despite the fact they are making more money than I will see for a long, long time." Do you have any proof to back up your opinions that RVD and Booker are shitty midcarders? They are both over (which is the ONLY thing that Hogan has had going for him throughout his career). And They are successful at their roles. RVD-IC champ...most over man in the midcard with the midcard belt. Booker T- Funny heel who is......funny...and over. So? Guest Hogan Made Wrestling Report post Posted March 25, 2002 This coming from someone who infects every topic with childish insults towards HHH, most of which is based on rumours from dirtsheets. "waahh HHH is holding people down cause the Observer said so!".
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted March 25, 2002 First of all...I do not make HHH posts in threads that are not pertaining to him, or where his mention does not work into the discussion logically or with good comedic payoff. That being said...At least my HHH posts can be backed up with something that has been printed somewhere. Secondly...I see you have decied not to offer any facts to back your baseless opinions...and instead attack me again. I think Cubano missed one.
Guest Dangerous A Report post Posted March 25, 2002 Kind of going backwards to the original post, wwf knows how to do things 1 way. Vince's way. My point is going to be recycled from tonight's WOL, but if you ain't big, you ain't going anywhere. Why do you think Billy Gunn keeps getting reincarnated and pushed down our throats? Because he has blonde hair, looks like a body builder, and is a legit 6"8. Vince could give a shit if 3 of the four radicalz were part of the arguably the greatest workrate show ever, j-cup '94. He just care how good it will look on tv
Guest goodhelmet Report post Posted March 25, 2002 "He just care how good it will look on tv" If he really cared what looked good on tv then Torrie Wilson and Stacy Keibler would be shoved down our throats, not Steph And as others (such as Jerry Jarrett) have noted, Vince's strings are pulled by his stooges and doesn't really have aclue. Vince is surrounded by wrestling 'experts' who help guide him. Vince had to be pushed by Shane to start the Attitude era. And every venture outside the WWF has failed miserably. So Vince's way certainly isn't always the right way.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted March 25, 2002 Who are we to question someone who is rich, right HMW? On that note...I'm going to bed.
Guest teke184 Report post Posted March 25, 2002 I think Meltzer's point was more of "Vince sees something and thinks it should be over, not wondering why it ISN'T over", ESPECIALLY in the case of Billy Gunn. You'd think that a 6'5" guy who was a part of one of the most popular stables of all times and a member of one of the most popular tag teams of all time would be over, but he isn't. As Edge would say, it proves that "hanging out with cool people doesn't make YOU cool."

Guest KOR420 Report post Posted March 25, 2002 didn't Benoit steal woman away from sullivan in real life? If so,Benoit made a good choice to get out of WCW if Sullivan was in
