I just read a list of all the draft picks a few days ago. I think it was in this folder.

I have a few ??? that don't merit a new thread, so I hijack this one...

1> What is Austin's new catchphrase? (Haven't watched Raw in 9 months)

2> When did Stan Hansen retire, and who did he face?

1) Something along the lines of: "I'm trying very hard, not to lose my patience". It's not the line that's special in any way, just that the crowd now chants "Lose it" after he says it. Whatever.

2) Dunno.

Stan Hansen retired in 1999. He didn't have an official retirement match IIRC, but his final match I think was a six-man tag.

That was an ATROCIOUS draft...

Kayfabe is the idea of pretending everything that happens is real. In a kayfabed world, Steve Austin and Bisch are really competing as 50-50 GMs, for example.

Kayfabe is carny for not exposing the business... back in the "good old days" kayfabe was very very important. The illusion of wrestling being real had to be kept at all times. Some promoters went so far as to make sure that heels and faces weren't seen together in any way outside of the arena... insisting that they change in seperate locker rooms, stay in seperate hotels etc

Sometimes, looking back it seems a little ridiculous, but honestly I prefer the days of kayfabe then the days of Tough Enough

Yes. Yes, he does.

No, he only thinks or pretends to be a superhero. When they acknowledge that he has superpowers or that he fights crime, it's with "tongue firmly planted in cheek," as is commonly stated by faggots.

You should've been able to figure that out yourself.
