Guest alfdogg Posted March 25, 2002 Report Posted March 25, 2002 There was one on Bashed in the USA where he said "it's fun for the whole family, you can even bring the dog...that way McGuirk will have something to do during intermission!"
Guest Tony149 Posted March 25, 2002 Report Posted March 25, 2002 His famous "Fair to Flair" comments at WM 8 (And/or Royal Rumble) is great.
Guest alfdogg Posted March 25, 2002 Report Posted March 25, 2002 I've heard about him calling Joey Marella an ass hole at WM3. Was that in an interview, or at ringside and it was caught on the camera? What exactly did he say?
Guest The Man They Call Texas Blu Posted March 25, 2002 Report Posted March 25, 2002 At Fall Brawl 94 during the Flair/Anderson match. Brain: I don't thinks it's in these two men to fight. Tony: I think very much in them. Brain: It's like the Clintons, nobody wants to see them fight. During the Wargames 95 Tony: You've got five minutes to beat the stuffing out of your opponent... Brain: Beat the stuffing outta him!?! What is he, an old chair? During a Flair match Brain: Flair's so hot, he even has time to talk with the ladies...ew... maybe you should stay away for that one Ric.
Guest Frag1114 Posted March 26, 2002 Report Posted March 26, 2002 "It looks like a riot broke out on the set of Let's Make a Deal" from the gimmick battle royal at WMX7. (Okay, it's not all that old, but it's still pretty funny.)
Guest JHawk Posted March 26, 2002 Report Posted March 26, 2002 "The problem with wrestling Ricky Ataki is an hour later you want to wrestle him again." "Tito Santana is like a cueball. The more you strike him the more English you get out of him." During a minis tag match on Nitro: "He's so excited, he said 'I feel like I'm four feet tall.'"
Guest The Mountie Posted April 2, 2002 Report Posted April 2, 2002 “Don’t yell at me, I’m not blind!”
Guest Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 Heenan and Ross on the 1993 Coliseum comp Grudges, Gripes and Grunts during a Natural Disasters match... JR: "Tyhpoon in... He didn't just trip, did he?" Brain: "No no, he never trips. Very agile man." I think that's pretty funny, as they were obviously referencing the recent Shockmaster incident. The actual match was from July '92 but the commentary was from late '93. Survivor Series '93, after Ray Combs has introduced Wayne and Ross Hart at ringside: McMahon: "How bout it, Hart brothers!" Brain: "Thaaat's what that is... I thought it was zoo dirt." Wrestlemania 8, Bret/Roddy: "Haven't ya ever heard of the old saying?! 'What the hell, use the bell!'" WMX7: "By the time the Iron Sheik gets to the ring it'll be Wrestlemania 38" Wrestlemania IX, great commentary team... Ross/Heenan exchange: Brain: "Do you even have a newspaper down in Oklahoma?" JR: "Of course we do...comes out every Friday..." Brain: "Ha! Every Friday... is it written in crayon?" Sorry folks that was kind of long winded but I love the Brain. Cheers-- --Joe Marotta The Black Sheep
Guest Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 WM7, after Savage lost the career ending match but reunited with Elizabeth... Brain: "I'd rather have some money than a skirt." RR93, Seconds after Flair was eliminated... Brain: "NO NO NO NO NO NO NO! Awww.............dammit!" I also loved all his shit about his monitor being broken whenever a heel he was supporting cheated.
Guest Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 My favorite Bobby Heenan comes from WWF Royal Rumble 1992. "Why do you think they call him The Barbarian? He's not a hairdresser on his day off you know, he's one tough guy!"
Guest toggle Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 WrestleMania III news conference: Mean Gene asks why Andre isn't speaking. Brain: "Why don't you go slap him around a bit, see if you can get him to talk?"
