Guest Mystery Eskimo Report post Posted March 25, 2002 Which is not exactly reliable. Anyway, it says: Ric Flair's WWF RAW -Steve Austin (may be switched with The Rock) -Triple H -Chris Jericho -Kevin Nash (part of nWo which will be drafted as a group, not seperately) -Scott Hall (part of nWo which will be drafted as a group, not seperately) -X-Pac (part of nWo which will be drafted as a group, not seperately) -Rob Van Dam -Kane -Big Show -William Regal -Bradshaw -Jeff Hardy -Matt Hardy -Billy Gunn -Chuck Palumbo -Lita -Jazz Vince McMahon's WWF SmackDown! -Hulk Hogan -The Rock -The Undertaker -Kurt Angle -Booker T -Edge -Brock Lesnar -Eddie Guerrero -Rey Mysterio Jr.
Guest muzanisa Report post Posted March 25, 2002 Makes sense to have the NWO in Flairs group if they are carrying on the poison storyline especially if HHH is going to join in the future. Also makes sense to keep Kane away from Undertaker.
Guest Mystery Eskimo Report post Posted March 25, 2002 Yeah. I'd rather have Angle and Booker with Flair though, I still want to see that Angle/Flair match.

Guest starvenger Report post Posted March 25, 2002 I think that was torn from the (web)pages of the Observer. In this update, they mention some advertising in Germany for a house show in May. Compare the two, and draw your own conclusions...

Guest Shaved Bear Report post Posted March 25, 2002 they have to split up hogan and the rock if they want to keep the angle fresh, besides having two retardedly over babyfaces in the same group is dumb
Guest Tony149 Report post Posted March 25, 2002 No way should they split Hogan, Rock & the nWo. They're in a storyline together. Having them crossover so soon would hurt the idea of a split. The WWF had two MEGA-over faces before in Rock/Austin in '99. Angle should go to Flair.
Guest The Masked Yodeler Report post Posted March 25, 2002 That *was* the plan, according to Meltzer. But it's probably changed 847 times, and will continue to change until Raw happens.
Guest Mystery Eskimo Report post Posted March 25, 2002 I doubt that even when the split happens, it'll be at all permanent. Wrestlers will probably regularly jump between the two shows when feuds and storylines require it.
Guest Human Fly Report post Posted March 25, 2002 I wouldn't be surprised if some trades go down tonight between Flair and McMahon tonight. Also, I think the draft is going to be a lot longer than that list. On Byte this they went up to pick 56 and then they said they ran out of time and even made a few more. This list only has about 30 wrestlers on it. Also, who know about Announcers and Referees and stuff like that.

Guest Scarecrow Report post Posted March 25, 2002 Just an FYI - The ads for the April 20th house show in Topeka, Kansas shows RVD, the Hardys, and Trish Stratus. I would assume that they would be on 1 of the roster together (although the WWF has tried this type of swerve in the past). There is also a house show scheduled for that day in Des Moines - does anyone know who is on that ad? I would further assume that this group would probably be in the Flair group, since it has been said that it will be more 'wrestling' and less 'sports entertainment'. Guest Report post Posted March 25, 2002 Um, does anyone know if Babelfish translates Dust-ese? I did it on the Big John thread so why not again? "Hey to all my fans out there! I normally(?) dont like to be giving the leak on whats going to happen, but my sources...me...is telling Big Dust dat the WWF has contacted the American Dream himself to appear at the draft, baby! They going to be running a storyline where for the last picks, Vince and Ric gets to pick an unpicked wrestler for the opposite(?) side! I dont know who Flair's going to be choosing and I dont care but vince is going to pick me, Dusty Rhodes for Flair's Monday Night Raw group! We is going to rekindle the old feud baby! I'm coming for ya, Flair!" The thing to remember to understand those Dutha Rose posts is to read it in a Dusty voice. That's how I do it. Also remember that sometimes things that appear as two words are really one and vice versa.
Guest Human Fly Report post Posted March 25, 2002 The Byte This episode is still up on the headlines page at wwf.com. You can go back and look at old headlines in the right corner of the page. The Booker T. (I'm guessing that's who you meant) is up under more headlines. But Scott Hall is gone I think.
