But i just have the feeling that he's not going to hold the title very long, thinking about things he will either lose it to Booker or Goldberg pretty soon. IMO to make the title credible again Christian should hold the title for a minimum of 4 months, and he should have a fued lasting no shorter than 3 months really, i think a fued with Booker would be really entertaining and could do wonders for Christian and the title. What do you guys think?
Bored Posted May 19, 2003 Report Posted May 19, 2003 They obviously are having Christian vs. Booker T at Bad Blood and Christian will drop the title there as JR made sure to point out last night that Bad Blood would be in Houston. So it will last about a month and he'll be down the card after that and Booker will feud with Jericho. Trust me they won't be putting the IC title on Goldberg as it would help no one.

I think at the Christian vs Booker match at Bad Blood, they should have Christian go over in some netorious way to make him a super heel.

It looks like they're trying, at least I hope they are, to build a strong heel to carry the IC strap along the lines of Savage or Hennig. Can Christian succeed in this? I personally don't want either Jericho or Booker having anything to do with the IC title as both are above that at this point. But knowing the World title isn't going anywhere near these guys for the next 3 years, they might as well clump as much talent together to try to make the IC title look credible and prominent again.

That said, they have beaten Booker clean there twice before within the last eight months, so I wouldn't put it past them to try and be cute by having Christian win by cheating at BB, then Booker wins the title the next night on Raw.
