Nothing really big for me. School just got out for me and there are huge parties at ASU so Im probably gonna check those out to start out my vacation. Then in the middle of June Im gonna go to Six Flags Magic Mountain in California with my girlfriend and my family. Then I think I am going back to California in July with her family to their beach house. And in between all that, parties!

If I don't, I'm pretty sure that I'm owed some MAJOR vacation times. If I do get a new job, I won't be able to go because I will have just started.

However, I will be taking Health and Communication Applications (technical for "Speech") this summer as advance classes to get those credits out of the way. AND, I plan to get a job to pay for my cable internet connection and get other shit I want (jerseys, games, DVDs, etc.), so I don't think I can even consider my summer a "vacation".

I might go away for a few days once or twice, but I won't be able to take a week off or anything like that. I get all the federal holidays off, and taking an extra day or two in conjunction with them turns into a four or firve-day weekend, which is some good.

So, for the real summer vacation, I guess I'll just have to make due by complaining about the abnormal amount of annoying 14 year olds on the street. ;p

I had considered taking a summer course or two, but given that I pay my own tuition (only community college right now, thankfully) I'm going to concentrate on saving up as much as I can for the fall. I won't be working like 60 hour weeks or anything, but I do plan on putting in some overtime in addition to the many, many parties I'll be attending.

Guest Vitamin X Posted May 21, 2003 Report Posted May 21, 2003 Just like at the start of this thread, I'm also going to Six Flags Magic Mountain, but for entirely different reasons, those beign tha Valencia, CA (home of Six Flags) just happens to be my hometown and the one I want to move back to, if at all possible, so yeah I'll be going there in early July to look for a fulltime job. Other than that, just toiling away at work paying off my $1300 debt.

Might do a Christpunchers reuinion with all 11 original members. I'm also doing a noise band with my buddy Todd, called "Frolicking Loins" If I buy myself a new four track, I'll start my one-man gore band called "Scabby Asscheek"

Then, with any luck, I'll be able to visit Jiffy Lube, which I hear is nice this time of year. It'll be a short vacation, though, seeing as how I have to be back at work tomorrow. But three glorious days off after that should allow me to take in the splendour of Salvation Army, Public Library, Taco Bell, and a whole host of other local paradises.
