Guest NoCalMike Posted May 22, 2003 Report Posted May 22, 2003 Comcast is opening a brand new call center facility in my neck of the woods and is seeking 375 - 400 new hires. I know most will put up a red flag because it is customer service over a phone, but I think the reason I can handle it is because rather than getting angry at people's fuckups and mistakes and/or questions/queries, I find them all quite amusing. People in large part amuse me far more than piss me off. So anyone have some experience in this line of work to tell me about?

(which is the first qualifying question for the survey), and the guy said he lives in a little hut underground. it was funny.
