Is it just me, or did the TV title often seem like the more prestigious belt in ECW?  It was definitely the more stable belt.  Look at the reigns of Taz, RVD, and Rhino.  Unbelievable.

Rob Van Dam, no doubt. It will be long time before any one puts a title that over like RVD, no only really made it look like an important title until RVD and don't forget he never lost the title and I don't think he ever would have even if Heyman did use him as World Champion.

RVD for sure.  I didn't find the TV belt to ever be more prestigious than the world title though

RVD had a great title reign but I think that as much over as he was Shane Douglas did more for the title. He was easily the best heel in the USA during his feud with the Pitbulls.

Not knocking Tajiri...but he had the title almost no length of time. Yoshi is on the list and Mikey is not?! He was a 2 time, 2 time champion!

RVD for sure. I thought the TV title to be more prestigious because Shane Douglas sat out for what seems like 6 or 8 months with an injury while he was World Champ and they didn't strip him! That's fine and good but when your World Champ is sitting on the sidelines, and while your TV Champ (RVD) is the most over person in your company and headlining every PPV something isn't normal. They should have had Douglas stripped of the title and held a Tournament.
