Should Slacker's Get A Banner?

As for the pic of me, I have all the necessities to be Slacker (remember, I based from my Slacker ball cap) and can actually use a real pic of me via a web cam. Only thing is though, I'd have the Slacker cap tipped so that you can't really see my face, but get a good impression of what I meant Slacker to be.

 

If you've read my character specs, you'd get the last poll answer.

 

So anyways vote, tell me why you voted such and yadda yadda yadda. You get the drift of this by now.
