Guest Jobber of the Week Report post Posted May 25, 2003 # The Triple H/Stephanie McMahon segment at Judment Day may have been the seed planted for an angle for them to reunite for a TV wedding this fall. The two are scheduled to be wed in October. Nonsense. They don't plan this far ahead. This is just internet speculation.

Of course they dont, it took them a week before a PPV that they realised Booker T had not held the IC championship... these are the kind of people we are dealing with! Wonder if even Booker knew he'd not...
Guest Coffey Report post Posted May 25, 2003 I would have no problem with Ultimo Dragon going to Raw instead of Smackdown. I'd like to see Ultimo tie it up with other people in the Intercontinental division. Hell, we already know that him & Jericho can go. I know that I wanna see Ultimo Vs. The Hurricane, because you know that the WWE will probably make the Dragon a heel. He is a foreigner afterall.
TheFranchise 0 Report post Posted May 25, 2003 Ultimo on Raw? Face - he'll end up in a meaningless fued with Test. Heel - meaningless fued with Steiner.
Guest edotherocket Report post Posted May 26, 2003 I'm not too fussed whether he goes RAW or Smackdown since the capacity is there for him to have decent and shitty opponents in both brands.
Guest Anglesault Report post Posted May 26, 2003 Ultimo on Raw? Face - he'll end up in a meaningless fued with Test. Heel - meaningless fued with Steiner. He has a good chance of winning the Steiner feud. NONE with Test.
Guest BionicRedneck Report post Posted May 26, 2003 Ultimo needs to go on SmackDown, with the rest of the cruisers. Even if they put him in nothing matches, it's better to in a nothing match against Noble than against Rodney Mack.
TheFranchise 0 Report post Posted May 26, 2003 a nothing against Mack that he won't win.
Guest JDMattitudeV1 Report post Posted May 26, 2003 The big talentless hoss bitches and possibly gets a pay rise for it, that sounds about right for WWE. They better not put Dragon on RAW, I want more Rey/Ultimo dammit. Plus and Ultimo/Matt feud could be awesome, but I'm sure the WWE will find a way to fuck it up. HHH/Steph reunion? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Guest AndrewTS Report post Posted May 26, 2003 So we'll get to see HHH and Steph spank each other's asses all of the time? Oh, joy.
Guest Polish_Rifle Report post Posted May 26, 2003 If that story were true, why would they miss a chance to get rid of Jones?... oh wait, nevermind.
Guest bravesfan Report post Posted May 26, 2003 # Nathan Jones recently became upset with his role on WWE television and actually threatened to quit the company and return to Australia. John Laurinatis (aka Johnny Ace) talked him into staying, and there's a rumor floating around the locker room that he was given a pay raise, but those reports have yet to be confirmed. There was talk of having Jones and The Undertaker take part in an eight-man tag match with John Cena and The F.B.I. at Judgment Day, but those plans were scrapped when The Undertaker decided to hold off his return until Tuesday's Smackdown taping in order to spend a few more days with his wife and new daughter. Am I the only one who thinks this "rumor" is just bullshit? Why would a man, who (a) hasn't wrestled an actual "match" in two months, and (b)is getting paid to sit on the sidelines, would be angry with his spot in the company? The entire lockerroom, if not already, will turn on the guy, and judging by history, he's got not much longer in the company if this reported "raise" holds true. This just reeks of Heyman trying to beat a dead horse with Jones, Ace and JR. We know Nathan sucks, HE knows Nathan sucks, NATHAN knows Nathan sucks; there's no way the WWE is giving anyone outside of the main event a raise.
Guest NoSelfWorth Report post Posted May 26, 2003 The basic story is true. Jones was upset over his treatment, threatened to quit, and Ace talked him out of it.

Guest Trivia247 Report post Posted May 26, 2003 It's Ross' fault. Everything is always Ross' fault. Its Ross's fault for bringing in the Lummox... its Ace's fault for convincing him to STAY.
Guest AndrewTS Report post Posted May 26, 2003 It's Ross' fault. Everything is always Ross' fault. JR was the one pushing for Jones' hiring. Of course, Ace pushed for the LOD to be signed... er, do they still work there? And Ace wants to keep Nathan. Really, is either one a better choice than the other? This just reeks of Heyman trying to beat a dead horse with Jones, Ace and JR. We know Nathan sucks, HE knows Nathan sucks, NATHAN knows Nathan sucks; there's no way the WWE is giving anyone outside of the main event a raise. This is WWE. They make it a habit to make stupid decisions.
Guest Hogan Made Wrestling Report post Posted May 26, 2003 You have to suck spectacularly to have such good intro vignettes (Jones' were so good I was actually excited about seeing him) and still fall flat on your face.

Guest Trivia247 Report post Posted May 26, 2003 what I don't get is why didn't they watch the tapes of Nathan Jones when they had him in UPW? or during those WWA PPVS they could see the shitstorm they hired.
Guest AndrewTS Report post Posted May 26, 2003 what I don't get is why didn't they watch the tapes of Nathan Jones when they had him in UPW? or during those WWA PPVS they could see the shitstorm they hired. Guest Space_Cowboy Report post Posted May 26, 2003 # There is a weak rumor floating around that Ric Flair vs. Shawn Michaels may take place at Bad Blood. About 10 years too late, but it'll probably be better than any other crap they decide to put on the Raw PPV. # According to a source in Puerto Rico, WWE has offered Carly Colon a two year developmental contract and will begin working in Ohio Valley Wrestling on June 2nd. Colon will likely not remain in OVW for long, and he's only been sent there to learn the "WWE style". I can't wait to see what gimmick the WWE brain trust give a guy named "Colon", those idiot writers will have a field day with that.
