The Architect had forced all of the other ones to the door that rebuilds Zion, by threatening human existance. Howeverm, since nobody has taken the other door, we do not know whteher the machines are bluffing or not, and it could save the human race. By going through that door, Neo has earned new powers (being able to crush sentinels) therefore being the Revolution in the War against machines.
