"Pro Wrestling Guerrilla Set To Explode July 26

By Silverback, PWG Staff Writer

LOS ANGELES, California - Fans of professional wrestling worldwide, get ready, because on July 26th, 2003, Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG) makes it's debut at Frank & Sons' Collectible Showcase, in City of Industry, CA. This group was created by six Southern California-based wrestlers, Disco Machine, Excalibur, Joey Ryan, Scott Lost, Super Dragon, and "Top Gun" Talwar, in order to bring wrestling fans the best possible wrestling promotion using an interesting mix of pro wrestling and entertainment, with the emphasis staying on professional wrestling. What's in store for wrestling fans on July 26th? You're about to find out.

In the main event, for the first time ever, in Los Angeles or Worldwide, Pro Wrestling Guerrilla is proud to present the first NWA TNA X-Division Champion, AJ Styles, taking on the current Ring of Honor Champion, Samoa Joe

In a very special semi-main event, students from New Japan Pro Wrestling's LA Dojo collide in a tag team match that will have to be seen to be believed, as "Shooting Star" Bobby Quance and Pinoy Boy take on the Havana Pitbulls, Ricky Reyes and Rocky Romero.

Tickets for the show are available on the PWG website (http://www.prowrestlingguerrilla.com), with ticket presales already taking place. Ticket prices are Front Row $20 presale/$25 at the door, and General Admission $15 presale/$20 at the door. If the two matches announced so far aren't enough to pique you're interest, Pro Wrestling Guerrilla will be making weekly match announcements, news, and promos leading up to the event on the PWG website. Is PWG up to the task? There's only one way to find out, and that is to show up July 26th and see for yourself.

Pro Wrestling Guerrilla's debut show is taking place on July 26, 2003, with doors opening at 1:30PM and 2:00PM belltime. Frank & Sons' Collectible Showcase is located at 19649 San Jose Ave., City of Industry, CA, 91748. That sounds great, sorta like EPIC but without all Gary Yap's drama to screw it up.

Everyone in the SoCal area come to the show and make this work... SoCal can always use more great feds.

Well RoH's champion Samoa Joe vs. AJ Styles should be enough to catch our attention, ain't it?

Besides, I've never heard fo the men involved in the tag match.

Hey~ their logo is pretty cool! B-)

That was the first thing that came to my mind, that this doesn't end up another EPIC. While there are wrestlers behind it, unlike Yap who had no previous experience with wrestling period, hopefully those six will have a good business sense around them.

If you've never seen Quance, Pinoy Boy and The Havana Pitbulls before you're in for a pleasant surprise. They are all great wrestlers and they should be able to put on one hell of a match

Only bad thing is that the event is on the same day as CZW:TOD2 which means no CZW guys. The show should still rule however, How could Styles Vs. Samoa Joe not be good?
