Guest Downhome Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 Both Flair and HBK are broken-down shells of their former selves, but they'll still smoke anything else the WWE puts on the PPV shitfest, even well past their primes they'll no doubt put on a good match, probablky around *** level. If both of them are on i could definately see it getting towards ****, though it'll depend how much time they're given. It'll also depend on if it becomes a clusterfuck or not, which is VERY possible given everything that's going on right now with both of them. I find it funny that even though both of them are way past their prime, they are better performers than MANY in WWE today. That is what seperates the true legends, from the cookie-cutter bitches I suppose.
Guest Memphis Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 Look they have never had a match thats why when Flair & HBK had some interviews in the past they said we have never crossed paths. This match never happened. If you think it has happened then tell me when you seen it and which show. Why is this ignorant idiot still allowed to post here? Oh, and Barron owns your ass. M
Guest RavishingRickRudo Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 It would be neat to see them work a "Flair takes out HBK's leg to a)set up the fig 4 and b)prevent the Superkick"
Guest Memphis Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 It would be neat to see them work a "Flair takes out HBK's leg to a)set up the fig 4 and b)prevent the Superkick" PSYCHOLOGY HAS NO PLACE WITHIN WWE WALLS!

Guest Dynamite Kido Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 this match should be great as long as they give them the time they need to have a great match.....
Guest Bruiser Chong Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 The Flair/Michaels match aired on Primetime Wrestling in December of 1991 and was one of the key points in the downward spiral of the Rockers. As for Invasion '92 tape, I wouldn't even think about considering it one of the best CV's out there; hell I wouldn't even consider it a good one. The Michaels/Flair match is the only true bright spot on an otherwise mediocre tape.
Guest Just call me Dan Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 I've got floor seats to the show, and I will really need to sit down and watch the tape to get an accurate view of the show, I'm sure. I can't wait for the match, but after watching Eddie/Flair (Yes, I know it was already pointed out) from last year, I have my doubts. Shawn is going to WANT to work well with Flair, so he should be fine, and Flair may call that his final match so I see him going all out as well. I'm just going to be in my seat marking out.
Guest Some Guy Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 If lair went all out with HHH then I thik he'll go all out for HBK and Shawn always turns it on for PPVs. I wish the roles were reversed and Shawn went heel and Flair stayed face. Both guys are better those roles than there current ones. I think that HBK wins clean with a Superkick at about 13-25 minutes and then they run the rest of the shitty card before HHH/Nash finishes so the match will be forgotten about and the cripples won't get shit on too badly. Probably ***1/2-****1/4.
Guest Lil Naitch Posted May 30, 2003 Report Posted May 30, 2003 Good to see that you're making friends, Hulk. The original Michaels/Flair match is all over Kazaa. If you can't find the tape, you could always download it. Is it? I've only found the Flair/Michaels vs Hart/Savage match (if you haven't seen it, download it NOW. Took me two weeks, but it was worth it.)
