Guest BoboBrazil Report post Posted May 28, 2003 This week's edition of Raw did a 3.7 cable rating, with a 5.8 share, according to Nielsen Media Research. That is up from last week's 3.5 and is a good sign leading into the first brand only PPV. The show did hours of 3.6 and 3.8. 1wrestling.com
Guest Cover of Darkness Report post Posted May 28, 2003 It was a decent show, and it got a pretty good rating. Let's hope they go all out for Badd Blood, this is important beyond belief. If BB fails, then the split PPV idea will die with it.
Guest nikowwf Report post Posted May 28, 2003 I don't think you can expect BADD BLOOD to do well. I think it has to be good, but it doesn't have to do good. I think there will be a lot of pushback from people just cause its only half the roster on the show, and that will hurt the buyrate. I think split PPV's would be great if they had better bookers. With the bookers they have, its scary as hell. niko

Do you even think that the viewers know it's just the RAW brand appearing at Bad Blood? I mean, sure they've said "Austin/Bischoff present," but they never had Linda McMahon officially announce on TV the split PPV's (like I thought they would do). It seems a little underhanded to me. Guest TheArchiteck Report post Posted May 28, 2003 I haven't seen or heard a thing either. And if I didn't visit this board, I never would have known it was Raw only. Especially since i've missed SD! for the past 2 weeks. They are just hiding that fact from the cassies...trying to see if it works without making a big deal about it. Guest undisputedjericho Report post Posted May 28, 2003 I thought I saw the PPV graphic had the Raw logo as part of it.
ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted May 28, 2003 I thought I saw the PPV graphic had the Raw logo as part of it. It DID...but since then they removed it.
cawthon777 0 Report post Posted May 28, 2003 The show was pretty good, save the main event. I have a feeling that if Austin weren't around the ratings would be FAR lower. Right now he seems to be the glue holding everything together.

Guest Lord of The Curry Report post Posted May 29, 2003 I don't remember that. I remember the word "fluke" getting thrown around about half a billion times, though. If anybody on this board though they'd turned the corner I pity them. No. Wait. I don't.......
