Famous Japanese wrestling league NJPW organised a wrestling/vale tudo mixed show on May, 2.

 

Here are the results of the Vale Tudo fights (I didn't see a thread about it so I decided to post the results, anyway feel free to give your opinion on the matches...) :

 

-Ryoto Matchida defeated Kengo Watanabe by unanimous decision

-Tsuyoshi Kohsaka beat Dolgorsuren Sumiyabazar by TKO (left elbow dislocated)

-Shinsuke Nakamura defeated Jan "The Giant" Nortje (K-1) by submission in the 2nd round (back strangling)

-Josh Barnett (suspended for one year for doping by the Nevada State Athletic Commission) beat Jimmy Ambriz (undefeated until that match) by TKO in the 1st round

-Kazuyuki Fujita defeated Manabu Nakahashi by TKO in the 3rd round.

 

Notice that Fujita will be confronted to Emelianenko Fedor in a non-title match at PRIDE 26 on June, 8.
