I think Funaki was recently resigned.  I believe he also wrestled at the Jakked tapings yesterday, so there ya go.

I thought I saw Funaki sitting with the group of wrestlers on RAW last night.

 

I don't think he'd get released, especially if the WWF(E) is serious about pushing the cruiserweight division.
