Guest WrestlingDeacon Posted May 31, 2003 Report Posted May 31, 2003 The USA Original movie Derailed starring Jean Claude Van Damme just came on a few minutes ago. Van Damme looks a little chunky and slow, he's heading into Steven Seagal territory. Fitting since the commercials for the movie makes it looks like Under Siege 2. Also, before this Time Cop was on and I was thinking Van Damme has to have the record for co-starring with himself in the most movies. Four I can think of; Time Cop, Maximum Risk (although he has no scenes with himself in that one), Double Impact and Replicant
Guest razazteca Posted May 31, 2003 Report Posted May 31, 2003 Enjoying the Vam Damn film fest on USA?
Guest WrestlingDeacon Posted May 31, 2003 Report Posted May 31, 2003 My mother is a huge Van Damme mark, I've seen everything he's ever done a million times. I saw Double Team and Street Fighter in the theaters. I am immune to Van Damme! Bring it on USA!
Guest razazteca Posted May 31, 2003 Report Posted May 31, 2003 Try watching Desert Heat more than once.
Guest BANKYWOOD Posted May 31, 2003 Report Posted May 31, 2003 Van Damme owns Seagal. Its not even funny.
Guest Nevermortal Posted June 1, 2003 Report Posted June 1, 2003 Bloodsport and Kickboxer were very very good. Everything else sucked.
Guest CoreyLazarus416 Posted June 1, 2003 Report Posted June 1, 2003 Not true. Cyborg ruled too. Hey, I like Desert Heat! Cigarettes and whiskey, and wild wild women. They'll drive you crazy, they'll drive you insane...

I enjoy Double Team myself, but I'm not going to say it's good.
Guest WrestlingDeacon Posted June 1, 2003 Report Posted June 1, 2003 What I was thinking was that Van Damme always played himself or his twin. With guys like Eddie Murphy or Peter Sellers, they always played completely different characters with the help of make up and such. And I've seen Desert Heat at least five times. Seriously. About the only one that is really hard to set through for me is Knockoff.
