Brian Gewirtz, who is the head writer for RAW, is the only writer for the brand who is flown into the show. Many see this as a cost-cutting move, however, the writers are usually flown in on Vince McMahon's private jet, so the only money being saved is on hotel accomodations. # Lita is currently working out in OVW in preparation for her WWE return next month. Thanks to The Pro Wrestling Torch Newsletter # Sting told wrestlers on the World Wrestling All-Stars tour that he didn't have much interest in joining WWE. He said he doesn't like the way the company is being booked and felt Goldberg's run has been a failure thus far. # Speaking of Sting, he was reportedly upset that WWA owner Andrew McManus waited until the day of the PPV that he would be dropping the WWA Title to Jeff Jarrett that night. Sting had no problem dropping the belt, but felt he should have been given more warning. (Thanks to The Pro Wrestling Torch Newsletter) # There is talk of signing "Dr. Death" Steve Williams to a contract, but the final decision has yet to be made one way or the other. Some feel that since he comes from All Japan that he'll be able to work with the younger wrestlers on working more mat oriented matches. He knows he'll come in, get hotshotted into a feud with a big name, trade finishers for 2 weeks and disappoint in the match. Not worth it. Good choice. The booking is abominable and the Goldberg push has arguably NOT been what the WWE thought it would be. That said, I don't want Sting to sign with the WWE - not because of any old man hate that others here have - but rather the guy is probably in my top five favorites of all time, and I'd hate to see them fuck him over like they've done with Flair. Guest Trivia247 Report post Posted June 1, 2003 Jazz actually is a well skilled wrestler...she was busting out Fisherman Busters, STF's and Stiff Moves that blew most of these female wrestlers away. calling her a brawler is a bit off only reason she may be brawling now is that they dampened her style.
