Why is Jazz on Heat and Mack on Raw?

I just don't get it. Jazz has some pretty decent heat and is getting more over. Mack has no heat, and none is coming.

 

Jazz is putting on some nice women's matches. Mack can't lift his ass for the Bubba Bomb.

 

So of course Mack is on the main show and Jazz isn't.

 

I just don't get it.

Honestly, half of Mack's problem isn't his fault. Yes, it's his fault that he has a boring generic moveset.

I missed the first like three weeks of Mack, so when I finally saw him, I thought it was an Akeem angle.

While I agree that Jazz is unattractive...there are times when she CAN look better than how she does on TV.

 

While flipping towards the Molly pages of Diva's 2003: Desert Heat....I noticed a girl I THOUGHT was Sharmell...found out it was Jazz.

 

For what they had, it wasn't that bad. Considering what the had to work with.

Is how I judge the woman's division. Jazz is the one that made the division before she got injuried. Victoria got a storyline which keep the division interesting. Poor Molly who is probably the best of the bunch but is not on tv enough so she is last.
